The Power of Ozone
Ozone has a reputation for annihilating viruses, prions, bacteria, fungus, mold and our atmosphere. Therapeutically applied to the human condition, Ozone can be used to help people with infections on the skin, in the mouth cavity and in the gut. How is this?
Oxygen (O2) when excited by electricity will become Ozone (O3). Ozone will oxidize things (like rusting metal). Discovered in 1840, Ozone has been used therapeutically for a wide variety of affects. It can be injected to the blood stream, applied topically to bacterial/fungal/viral lesions, applied to the enamel and dentin of teeth to strengthen as well as address decay. Many uses of Ozone can be found on the internet. Currently in England testing is being done with dental instrument sterilization against prion (mad cow) disease. Some studies show that prions are killed by Ozonation.
Ozone is not to be inhaled or applied to the eye. Ozone can be toxic to humans when applied inappropriately. In our clinic, we use a combination of ozonated oils (olive, soy, and avocado), topical ozone therapy, ozonated water, and we can even ozonate walnuts, almonds and other nuts you bring in to destroy any fungus or mold you might otherwise ingest. Dental ozone therapy for gingivitis and periodontitis or bone loss and tooth sensitivity has been working very well. Skin infections and non healing wounds have been shown to respond to ozone even after other methods failed.
We have taken every precaution to not unduly expose a person to ozone in an inappropriate fashion. The ozone generator has a carbon filter "destructor" that converts the ozone back to regular oxygen so we are not releasing large amounts to the environment, only directly to a small area on the body. A few people have reported coughing with ozone exposure that quickly goes away. Some people need a dose of vitamin C antioxidant after an ozone treatment.
Most appointments require 15 to 30 minutes and cost either $30 or $50 each. Some people require 3 to 10 treatments; however, that decision is made during a standard evaluation of the individual. Ozonated oils are available in 1 ounce bottles for topical and dental applications.
